Through their mutual love of traveling our couple Brook & Adam took one year to decide on their destination elopement. Of course, they chose the one and only romantic Paris as the setting for their elopement and honeymoon.  Paris the “city of l’amour” has long been famous with it lovers and for these two it would be no different.

The Bride and Groom’s First Look

They chose to do a first look in the Grand Salon (ballroom) at the Shangri-la Hotel before heading out into Paris for some beautiful portraits together around the iconic city.

The Shangri-La Hotel

They chose the Shangri-La Hotel, which would present its beautifully decorated rooms, dripping in gold as their wedding backdrop. They decided on the color scheme of black, which was echoed throughout their wedding through their flowers, small details, and Dani’s shoes. We all know that the colors black and white are nothing but chic, it gives connotations of old Hollywood and glamour, which were all things to describe our bride.

The Shangri-la suite terraces provide the perfect intimate ceremony location with Eiffel Tower views.

Wedding Elopement Reception

This beautiful couple chose the opulent Shangri-la ballroom for their private first meal together as husband and wife. Billy Folchetti at Luxe Paris Events created a stunning tablescape with seasonal fall black and purple colored cascading flowers, all lit by delicate glassed candles. It was truly an iconic sight to behold. As a wedding Paris photographer, this was truly a dream to capture.
