Welcome to the wedding of Samantha & Patrick; A Ritz Paris Wedding with La Hora Loca Party. Prepare to embark on an unforgettable journey where elegance meets exuberance, and sophistication merges with unrestrained joy.
This enchanting celebration promises not only an opulent champagne-soaked affair but also an explosion of energy and excitement that will leave you breathless. So, join us as we weave together the threads of elegance and wild abandon in a tapestry of love and joy at this Ritz Paris Wedding with La-Hora-Loca.
I have an editorial and documentary style, which means I love to direct the bride into gorgeous flattering poses whilst also photographing the natural moments in between. The bride brought her wedding invites along so that I could photograph them in the style of her wedding photographs so that she could add them to her wedding album. It’s always great to capture a photograph of your bridal accessories too.
We did some great groom portraits and last touches of getting ready photographs then met up with his groomsmen to get some portraits of the groom and his groomsmen.
The wedding ceremony in the garden at the Ritz Paris was undoubtedly a luxurious and enchanting affair. The bride walked down a lush garden aisle adorned with fragrant flowers and greenery, with the gentle sounds of a fountain in the background. The garden at the Ritz Paris is known for its exquisite landscaping and picturesque setting, providing a romantic backdrop for exchanging vows.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne and hors d’oeuvres as they mingled and congratulated the newlyweds amidst the beauty of the garden. We then did the bride and groom portraits around Ritz Paris. The couple didn’t want to leave the wedding venue on their wedding day.
Following the ceremony, the celebration continued indoors in one of the Ritz Paris’s elegant reception spaces, Salon d’été where guests would be treated to a sumptuous meal and the speeches filled the room with tears and laughter.
This couple hired professional dancers to add to the entertainment for the evening after the wedding meal. They were truly a fun and entertaining spectacle. The dancers took the bride and groom followed by all of their guests from the dining room to the dancing party room downstairs. This made for great photographs. I also asked the dancers to remain on the stairs so the guests could pose for photos in between them. They loved it.
After the couple’s first dance, the dancers performed a dance act for everyone then motivated all the guests to get on to the dancefloor and dance late into the night.
“La Hora Loca,” which translates to “The Crazy Hour” in Spanish, is a lively and energetic tradition incorporated into wedding parties like this one. It’s a vibrant and festive celebration designed to inject a burst of energy into the reception and get everyone on the dance floor. Champagne was passed around from the bottle, confetti canons were set off, music was loud and energizing. It was so much fun and made for the best party photos.
