A luxury Lisbon Wedding at Penha Longa Resort. It was a gloriously sunny day in Lisbon when professional footballer Pedro Pereira and his beautiful fiancé Bruna tied the knot. 

The Venue

Penha Longa Resort is a luxury 5-star hotel in a grand natural park. Penha is in the heart of the Sintra mountains, only a stone’s throw away from Lisbon. Complete with 196 rooms and six restaurants, two of which are Michelin Starred. Also featuring a golf course and a Thai-inspired luxury spa with numerous activities, this stunning estate is perfect for a luxurious wedding in Lisbon.   

The Wedding day

Bruna and Pedro choose to say their vows in the private chapel encompassed within the sprawling and colorful grounds. The church is a beautiful 16th-century chapel complete with a gorgeous soft-colored stone interior, and a grand altar of gold and twisted marble. It was total opulence.

Later dinner was to be served in The Sala do Arcos, which was transformed into an intimate dinner space to be enjoyed with their guests. Their luxurious color scheme of gold, green, and cream was seen in the invitation suite, Pedro’s tux, the bouquet, and the reception decor. As the night drew close they headed to the enclosed courtyard for a party that would last until the morning light. 

The couple had this to say about their choice of venue “It’s located in Serra De Sintra. A very beautiful and peaceful place near Lisbon, surrounded by nature. The venue is very romantic and classy.”
