This best wedding venue in Paris is nestled in the heart of the iconic Place Vendome which is home to many iconic brands. The Ritz is the epitome of timeless luxury and was once the home of Coco Chanel. The Ritz Paris really put ease into your wedding planning. If you wish they can provide you with in-house flowers, catering, hair, and make-up, AND… you can even have your initials personalised onto the pillowcases on your bed.
The Ritz offers you the chance to have your wedding ceremony outdoors in their stunning private gardens or if the weather changes its mind, a beautiful inside ceremony in the Salon d’Été, which still has great views of the garden, neither you nor your guests will be disappointed.
There is also a pool and spa where you can go for a couples massage or if you like cocktails, there is the famous Hemingway bar.
What I personally love about this Paris wedding venue is being able to use every corner of it for your wedding photographs, from its neoclassical rooms to its grand lavish staircases, capturing the beauty of a bride juxtaposed against the extravagant Louis XIV-Esque decor, is a real pleasure for me. It presents me with so many creative opportunities for stunning photographs, it’s a venue that really does spoil you visually.

The Plaza Athénée is a stunning 5-star hotel with a Haussmann style facade adorned red geraniums that line every balcony. Their balconies are what make this hotel one of my top wedding venues in Paris. if you are looking for a room with a view, then you have certainly found one, with large balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower, this makes the perfect romantic setting for your photos, or a private dinner just the two of you. Walking out of your room onto the balcony it feels like you have walked onto a movie set and makes for truly iconic photographs.
For saying I do, Plaza Athénée has elegant white rooms with illustrious chandeliers, which is great for big or small weddings. The decor of your room is chic with mature touches, that blends perfectly the modern and the traditional.
Their Signature Eiffel Suite, allows you to wake up to the Eiffel Tower and its private terraces give you a 360 view of Paris.

Many of the rooms at the Shangri-La Paris have grand terraces with spectacular Eiffel tower views, which are perfect for outdoor photos or private dinners, imagine clinking your class of champagne with the Eiffel Tower sparking behind. One of the most popular places to have your wedding reception and take pictures is in the ballroom, where you can not deny the opulence dripping from the walls, which are lined with gold, there are also large windows that make for a dramatic photo. There are also other parts of the hotel that you can take advantage of, like the large lobby and the grand staircase with its columns of marble and large paintings on the walls. Some of the interiors of the rooms have a more modern vibe, so if the setting of your getting ready images is important, make sure to book the right room.

A Perfect place in Paris for your wedding ceremony
Situated in the heart of Paris is the Chapelle Expiatoire which was the once resting place for Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI. It is a quiet little chapel, which is perfect for a small wedding or an elopement, you can privatise the chapel and its grounds for your ceremony. Technically not a ‘wedding venue’ but it made my ‘Top 10 Best Wedding Venues in Paris’ list because it’s just so picturesque. This venue is perfect for that statement yet traditional-looking ceremony, your cocktail hour photos, and why not eat cake there too! So you will have to choose somewhere else for your reception and getting ready photos but for me, that moving around is well worth it, for the breath-taking factor.
The Chapel itself is also crafted in the neo-traditional style, with many little nooks to have your pictures taken, the inside of the chapel itself is breathtaking. This chapel even though is in the heart of Paris feels like a world away once inside the grounds, it really has a romantic feel to it.

This hotel is one of our top 10 Best Wedding Venues in Paris as it provides a fairy-tale location overlooking Place de la Concorde. Hôtel de Crillon’s exclusive historical salons set the stage for a memorable wedding.
This is truly a breathtaking venue; on walking in, you are immediately catapulted into history, with rooms of gold, grand tapestries, and magnificent chandeliers. This hotel doesn’t feature Eiffel Tower views, however, it does have exclusive views of the Place de Concorde and the Jardin des Tuileries. These then make spectacular backdrops for your bride and groom photographs. Since the hotel is on the Place de Concorde you can take advantage of this and have your photo taken in front of the historical fountains, with their accents of green and gold, it adds a grand presence to any image.
The Waldorf Astoria, is set in an ornate 1907 building on the edge of the gardens of Versailles. Ok so this isn’t in Paris, but it’s close, at less than an hour by train and 40 minutes by car.
On the edge of Louis XIV’s Royal Domain, Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace is the perfect venue for unforgettable weddings. The picturesque gardens set the scene for beautiful outdoor ceremonies and photographs.
The Clemenceau Ballroom is the ideal decor for a grand reception decorated in white and gold, I would recommend this for a large wedding party. Or if you are eloping to Paris, Say “I do” in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the grounds of the hotel. Then hop on a golf buggy and imagine we drive around the garden of Versaille for your bride and groom portraits. This is why this hotel is necessary for our top 10 Best Wedding Venues in Paris.
This hotel also has a spa that can help you and your wedding party unwind.
Wedding At Waldorf Astoria Versailles
In the heart of the City of Light, Hotel Salomon de Rothschild can be found near the historic Parc Monceau. It’s a hidden jewel and one of our top 10 best Paris wedding venues because here you can have it all. You can have your ceremony, dinner, and reception party here. If you are looking for a wedding with fewer moving parts, then this could be the venue for you. There are no balconies or terraces but the rooms with their ornately painting ceilings will transfix you, they are true works of art.
The rooms of the hotel have enough space to hold a large wedding party, you really don’t have to worry about fitting everyone in, the venue holds enough space for up to 1,300 people.
There are some stunning locations around the hotel, which make for great photographs. My favorite place is the double staircases when you enter the building and you can also take some group shots in front of the venue.
Situated on Place Vendome Hôtel d’Evreux is one of our Best Wedding Venues in Paris. Its sumptuous interior architecture and its 18th-century decoration make their wonderful rooms some historic jewels. There are also painted murals on the walls which can make beautiful backdrops to your photographs. This venue offers a courtyard that gives wedding guests the opportunities to have their wedding dinner or first dance outside in the fresh air. This venue offers lots of natural light, giving your images a softer glow. You can not stay at this venue, it’s for functions only, therefore if you are wanting beautiful getting ready images, it would be wise to book another place to stay. The Ritz Paris is practically next door!
Museum by day – Wedding venue by … Mondays only. It’s the only drawback to the Rodin Museum Gardens, but so worth saying your I do’s on a Monday for. This Paris wedding venue is a venue for art lovers since it is home to the many statues of the famous sculpture Rodin. Imagine saying your vows amongst incredible art and stylish shrubbery in the breathtaking gardens. My favourite part of the day to photograph is at sunset because the light falls beautifully on the gardens. Imagine having your cocktail hour being overlooked by the famous ‘Thinker’ statue. Even though the venue is in Paris, when taking the pictures on the lawn in front of the museum, you get this feeling of being in a chateau outside of Paris, it feels like a secret venue in Paris.
It presents me with so many creative opportunities for stunning photographs, it’s a venue that really does spoil you visually in every way.
If you are looking for luxury then you have found it here at the George V. Situated right next to the famous Avenue des Champs-Élysées, it is the ultimate hotel of glamour. There are plenty of places to take gorgeous photographs including on your room terrace with an Eiffel Tower view.
Catering for both small and super large weddings, they have a reception room for you. This hotel also allows for that all-night LOUD party – So you don’t need to go far to let your hair down for your first dance!
If a terrace with an Eiffel Tower view stretching out onto the rooftops of Paris is what you are looking for then you can have that at the George V. Imagine eating your wedding meal cooked by their Michelin star chefs on your private terrace after your intimate Paris Elopement.
