I’m excited to share a beautiful intimate wedding at Hotel de Crillon, in the heart of Paris. This gorgeous hotel has breathtaking views of the Place de la Concorde and the iconic Eiffel Tower, which are visible from their reception suite the Salon Marie-Antoinette. It was the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love and elegance.

“Claire was truly the most amazing wedding photographer we could have wished for! From our first consultation to receiving our stunning photos, Claire was extremely warm, professional, and supportive. Not only is she such a wonderful person, but her work truly speaks for itself. My husband & I have never taken professional photos, but Claire guided us through posing the entire day and made us feel like naturals! We could not have been more thrilled with both the experience & the amazing photos we received – Claire is a true artist!”

The couple fell in love with the stunning architecture and historic charm of the hotel. They had a gorgeous symbolic ceremony in one of the Hotel de Crillon’s most stunning suites. After their ceremony, they had an intimate dinner with 30 of their closest friends and family. The reception was centered around one long dinner table, bathed in candlelight with views of the Eiffel Tower creating an intimate atmosphere.
I love capturing the “getting ready” moments of the day—those intimate details like the shoes and all the meaningful items you’ve carefully chosen. In their Crillon suite, the bride’s initials were beautifully sewn into the pillows—such a stunning personal touch! We also took advantage of the gorgeous Salon Marie-Antoinette, just steps from the bride’s suite, for some extra elegant getting-ready photos. It was the perfect setting to begin such a beautiful day.
For our groom getting ready photographs, I utilised my favourite little spot in the reception suite which was just steps from their room.
For their first look, I chose the terrace, with its dramatic views of the Place de la Concorde. The moment was pure magic, set against the backdrop of Parisian landmarks, these photographs just had to be in black and white to add to the drama of the image.
The couple invited 30 of their closest family and friends to share in their intimate wedding at Hotel de Crillon celebration. The elegant suite beside the Salon Marie-Antoinette provided the perfect setting—both intimate in size and stunningly beautiful. It was an idyllic space for their heartfelt Parisian celebration.
Here are a few highlight moments from the cocktail hour. I love capturing a mix of elegant guest portraits, natural candid moments, and formal family portraits during this time. With the intimate guest list, we were even able to take a full group photo of everyone in the ceremony room. To make this happen, I had to arrange all the chairs to be moved, creating the perfect space to fulfill the couple’s wish for a beautiful portrait of their entire wedding party.
One of the couple’s must-have photos was a candid shot of all the guests enjoying their dinner, as well as gorgeous natural moments of the bride and groom together at the wedding table. As the night fell the Eiffel Tower lit up which was visible from the wedding table, you could see it in all its magnificence adding to the magic of the evening.
What an incredible intimate wedding at Hôtel de Crillon. I love photographing gorgeous small weddings like this!
