I’m excited to share a gorgeous pre-wedding photoshoot in Paris. FF & S traveled all the way from China to capture their dream pre-wedding moments ahead of their wedding next year. We began the day at the opulent Ritz Paris Hotel, setting the tone for an elegant and romantic shoot. From there, we explored some of Paris’s most iconic locations, including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, a charming Parisian café, Pont Alexandre III, and the city’s famous blue doors.

The Eiffel Tower – At the Trocadero Location: For this incredible soft light producing these beautiful colours, we were up at sunrise, which in October meant starting around 8 am 🙂 I love September and October for Paris Photoshoots because the sun doesn’t rise too early – which means you don’t have to be up at 3 am to start your hair and make-up!! You get such gorgeous light, and it’s perfect weather… meaning it’s not too hot nor too cold. Sunrise or just after is the best time to avoid crowds.

I recommend hiring a chauffeured van for your photoshoot (I can recommend an excellent company!). This allows the entire team—clients, photographer, hair and makeup artists, and assistants—to travel together smoothly and comfortably.

One of my favorite parts of a Paris photoshoot is capturing moments at a classic Parisian café. This setting is more than just a picturesque backdrop—it’s an experience that embodies the charm and romance of Paris. With its iconic bistro chairs, charming facades, and bustling atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for timeless, storybook-worthy photos.

The Louvre is an absolute masterpiece of architecture, offering an awe-inspiring backdrop for photoshoots. Once a royal palace, its grand design is steeped in history, showcasing majestic arches, intricate details, and its world-famous glass pyramid.

Pont Alexandre III is the epitome of Parisian glamour and one of the most romantic spots in the city. Its ornate lampposts, gilded statues, and stunning views of the Seine and Eiffel Tower make it an iconic location for timeless photos.
